    Several library shots of events in Queen Mary's life. We see Queen Mary in 1911, about to attend the unveiling of the Victoria Memorial. In 1930 she arrives for the Thanksgiving Service to celebrate the restoration of St Paul's Cathedral with King George V.

    In 1935 we see Queen Mary and King George riding through the streets of London in an open coach during Jubilee celebrations.

    At the start of the Second World War, Queen Mary watches a march past of women in uniform - Women's Voluntary Service? Queen Mary visits an armaments factory with Princess Elizabeth (Queen Elizabeth II), then is joined by King George, Queen Elizabeth (Queen Mother), Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret on a dais to watch a Victory parade. Soldiers march past as the royals look on.
