Commentator explains she is on her way to a garden party there in aid of Tower Hill improvements. Queen Mary comes ashore at the Queen's Steps to be greeted by the Constable, Sir Claud Jacob, who introduces her to a line of distinguished guests before escorting her to the garden party in the grounds of the Tower of London.
