    I have a photograph album created by my great grandfather who was a British surveyor living in India and who did a short survey tour of the Egyptian sites in 1922 or 1923. The album includes a photo taken from the air above the great pyramid with a fellow survey plane ( Vickers Vernon) in the foreground above the pyramid.
