The barmaid gets a glass painted with his portrait and fills it with beer. M/S man (the landlord George Millard) sitting at table painting a portrait of man opposite him onto glass. M/S regulars playing shove-halfpenny. One is Tom Glasspool, the local champion. M/S different glasses. One left next to ashtray with cigarette burning in it.

    Would it be possible to get a copy of this with clearer audio? It seems like either the audio of the copy used here is in poor condition, or some kind of audio effect (noise gate, EQ equaliser) has been applied to the footage and obscured some of the actual narrative. :)
