The people in the garden with Princess Margaret weren't Major Thomas Harvey, Mrs Harvey and a Lady-in-Waiting. They were my grandparents (Sir Victor & Lady Mallet) and my mother (then Anne Mallet). Sir Victor Mallet was the British Ambassador in Rome at the time.
