    Princess Elizabeth visits H.M.S. 'Vanguard' at Greenock, Strathclyde.

    Pan down to Guard of Honour and across to boat bringing Princess Elizabeth (later Queen Elizabeth II) to the 'Vanguard'. M/S as she walks up steps to ship and is greeted by Captain W.G. Agnew the Commanding Officer. Various shots as she meets other officers and inspects the crew. M/S as she meets ship's chaplain. She walks round and takes a seat.
