    L/S of a troop of Boy Scouts standing in a semi circle around a flag pole. Several Scout leaders and Prince Edward, the Prince of Wales, enter. M/S of Prince (in uniform) and Scout Leaders, standing in front of the Scout Troop. More shots of Prince and co. walking to flag pole. They are followed by two Scouts carrying an object and place it on a tress stump.

    M/S of the stump, two Scouts hold large American and English flags in front of it. The Scouts lift the flag revealing a statuette of a wild boar. The American Ambassador (Frank Kellogg?) gives a speech. M/S of Prince giving a speech. Panning shot of the troop standing around the flag pole giving three cheers. Various shots of the people gathered around the stump, includes shots of Ambassador, Prince and Scout Leaders giving speeches.

    Intertitle missing, according to original issue sheet should read: "... and a few hours later, H.R.H. reviewed Metropolitan Special Constabulary Reserve in Hyde Park".

    Various shots of Prince walking onto a field dressed in police uniform. He presents trophies and medals to line of special constables, a crowd watches in the background. C/U of the Prince saluting the constables as they pass. More general shots of ceremony.

    Some L/Ss of people laying wreaths on a war memorial from unidentified story. More shots of Prince and Scouts - as before.
