    M/S of Prince Henry with dignitaries approaching the steps of a large building. Two large pillars are on either side. M/S of the Prince climbing into the back of an elegant looking car, he is accompanied by an elderly gentlemen in a top hat (he looks like the Mayor). Someone drapes a blanket over the them. The Prince looks to his right and salutes somebody off screen. The car then pulls away.

    M/S of the Prince inspecting a line of cadets (members of the Boys Brigade?) standing to attention, he talks to military officials. M/S He walks in procession with other officials including the mayor. A large crowd of people, including policemen watch.
