    "Joyson Hicks" should read Joynson-Hicks (William Joynson Hicks).

    "Primrose Day" takes place annually on 19 April, so we can safely date this film as being from 19 April 1923.

    "Lord Beaconsfield" referred to was the late Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli.
