    M/S of three gentlemen in top hats - one is Bruce? - being lead around a building site, in the background two men load a movie camera. Low angle shot of a large white building with the word - 'Australia' - over the entrance - the Pavilion. Various shots of a stream of people with umbrellas walking over the building site into the Pavilion, workmen drop their tools to look at the camera. C/U of the 'Australia' sign above the entrance, the Australian flag flies above it, tilt down to show scaffolding and a sign for 'Ashford Builders' (the Pavilion is still under construction).
