"The President and I after our conversation express the hope that possibilities will be found of settling the Laos question peacefully. And we express the hope that the possibility will be found to settle the matter in such a way as to ensure a peaceful development of Laos and the implementation by the country of a policy of neutrality. It would be good if both countries act in that direction".
