    VS. Exterior of the Virginia Military Institute with a statue of the front. It houses the former US Secretary of State George C. Marshall Research Library. VS. A helicopter lands on lawn and President Johnson steps out is greeted and then goes on to inspect Guard of Honour. VS. Inside the institute President Lyndon and Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Marshall and General Eisenhower stand in a group around a bust of General George Catlett Marshall. VS. President Johnson addresses the large crowd gathered outside and S.O.F. he salutes the great soldier and statesman General Marshall and he stresses General Marshall's goal of rebuilding all European civilisation.
