M/S of procession of horse drawn carriages going through London streets. They arrive outside the Guildhall. The Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of London get out of carriage. An army officer shakes their hands. They walk into the Guildhall accompanied by an entourage of men (aldermen?) in ceremonial robes, some carrying maces. They are there for the presentation of the King's Cup.
