"Lively Lady" comes alongside, a rope is tossed from the launch. L/S harbour. Various shots crowds cheering and waving banners. Zoom in as Naval launch brings Rose to jetty. Rose steps on to jetty and waves to crowd. He walks up jetty, he is joined by his wife.
