GV. Start of women's 100 metres race. They start and straight away Madeleine Weston goes to the front followed by 18 year old Pam Wyatt. Newcomer is having a rare battle to beat off the Poles. She starts to draw away from them and closely follows Madeleine Weston to the tape.
GV. Pan start of the women's 200 metres race. They're off. camera pans with them. June Paul on the inside as they turn into the straight. June Paul starts to run through, she is in the lead. J.
