Craftsmen make pickaxes in a Tyrolean village.
Titles read: 'PICKS IN PICTURES!'
In the Tyrol village of Pultnaize (sp?) we see various shots of craftsmen making ice-picks. They shape the pick heads from white hot ingots of iron and the blade is planed by finishers. The head is secured onto the handle with copper nails. A steel spike is fitted to the other end.
