    Twickenham, Middlesex.

    L/S of a group of people in period dress lounging around in punts and rowing boats on the river. The year represented is 1830. Various shots of costumed folk including nice shot of woman rowing seen from opposite end of the boat. The merrymakers are all students of the Wimbledon School of Art. A couple kiss and others are given flowers and fruit. Various shots of the students posing and having fun.

    A spot of aquatic jousting finishes the film. Bare chested boys try to knock each other out of their boats with oars. Ends with two of them plunging into the water.
