Arrival of Sur Yussef Izzudin Shah Ibni Almarhum Jalil, Sultan of Perak, he is welcomed by the Chairman of the PATA. Rehabilitation Settlement Committee, Mr. Kuppusamy. They inspect guard of honour formed by Girl Guides and members of Red Cross. Speech by Mr Kuppusamy of the Perak Anti-TB Association. Speech by Mrs. Adamson, President Perak Anti-TB Association. Speech by Sultan of Perak. Sultan plants a tree. Sultan taken round five occupied cottages. Indian family inside one of the bungalows. Chinese family having a meal in one of the cottages, elder woman is the patient. Patients talking to nurses from the hospital where they received treatment. Old records give date as 16/03/1953.
