    Several shots of two men log rolling - balancing on cylindrical objects in a swimming pool. One of them falls in after a good display. The men are then seen on the same 'log', each trying to get the other to fall off. (Location of events unknown - probably United States of America.)

    M/S of a road sign pointing to 'Pity Me' - a Durham County village.

    In Florida, United States of America, we see some huge sausage-like fruit hanging from a 'Sausage Tree'. Two women examine the fruit. The tree was imported from Africa thirty years before.

    In Connecticut, United States of America, we see a 'State-Leased Stream' for lady anglers. Women stand around fly fishing in the river. Commentator says they are disciples of Isaac Walton. One of the women catches a trout.

    In California, we see an aeroplane propellor with a completely reversible pitch, controlled by the pilot from the cockpit. A biplane with the propellor takes off, then lands. The plane goes into reverse almost on landing. We see the plane being reversed into an aircraft hangar.
