Titles read: 'PEEPS THROUGH THE WINDOW OF THE WORLD'.
Various locations of events.
In Houghton near Johannesburg, South Africa we see various shots of a huge children's soapbox derby. An enormous crowd lines the track. Shots of children coming down the track in their carts, two at a time. One poor boy turns his car over and people rush to help him.
Various shots of a man in Tooting or Norwood, South London, demonstrating his own invention of roller-skis - two short planks of wood with thin wheels attached that he straps onto his feet. He has two ski poles to help him along and 'roller-skis' along suburban streets. They don't look very stable! We then see the man holding onto a rope attached to a car driving in front of him as if water-skiing. He seems to be doing ok, but then falls over.
At the zoo in Pretoria, South Africa, we see several shots of an elephant taking a bath. He drinks water coming out of a hole in his bath. Children watch as the animal splashes about in his bath.
