They read: "PEARL AGENTS STRIKE - DON'T PAY BLACKLEGS", they walk off screen. We see a nice M/S of the Pearl Agents posing for a photograph, they are all smartly dressed in suits, overcoats and trilby hats (There are some fine moustaches on display). They turn away to walk into the building behind them.
