    Paris Leave Club, France.

    Soldiers / tourists sightseeing in Paris; during World War One - mostly Australians - w/ some British and Americans. Various shots of soldiers; and some women also in uniforms at various famous buildings etc. Soldiers outside Notre Dame cathedral; w/ the cathedral the entire BG. CU soldiers. Street scene - boy pulls cart. DS the military tourists; women in FG. Group coming out of doors. Down steps of museum. Walking down alley - all silhouettes.

    Walking up steps toward cam; w/ park in BG. Soldiers in FG; w/ tall monument in FG; street in BG. Street by park; women stroll down street; kid w/ hoop. People riding horses in park. Soldiers coming out doorway. Looking at bldg. w/ sandbags stacked up round it to protect from bombing. CU soldiers look up. Park scene again; pool; Anzacs walking. Continues; w/ more street scenes etc. walking up wide steps; away from cam. Walking down same steps.

    CU our group standing; looking up; with a woman talking & pointing. CU man in hat; overcoat. Great shot - misty; looking over wide walks w/ lamps; trees; Eiffel Tower in BG rising from mist! Then same; w/ group walking toward tower. CU group; pan 1 woman w/ book; shows it to another.

    Several shots of ANZACs and other soldiers (American?) climb into the back of a truck or charabanc. An officer gets a civilian to move out of shot! Some soldiers salute us before they get in. This is really nice footage - SL.
