Betty Burnell stands on a buffet, holds onto the door frame and lifts her legs to her chest. She then attaches braces to back of door and pulls them out to exercise her arms. She uses two chairs back to back and uses them like parallel bars. She then uses two flat irons for arm exercises before laying on her back with two books attached to her feet and cycling with her legs.
