    Men carrying the banners of their various British Legion branches march past - most of them are wearing medals - veterans of previous conflicts. The band play 'Pack Up Your Troubles in Your Old Kit Bag."

    The parade has formed up in front of the saluting base and a general salute is ordered. The men remove their hats and their flags are lowered.
