The Prince of Wales rides in the Welsh Guards Challenge Cup and we see the first ever slow-motion pictures taken of him.

Various show the Prince of Wales (Duke of Windsor, King Edward VIII) mounting his horse and riding towards the racecourse starting point. Several shots show the race; the Prince falls just after a fence and people rush to help him back onto his horse. He rides off.

In slow-motion we see the Prince falling after this fence from a different angle. At normal speed we see more shots of the race; mostly of the Prince.
