    Various shots of the RSPCA (Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) Inspector Ron Butfueld and his assistant in his own garden cleaning the wings of swans and gulls. They clean oil away and after treatment they feed them. Various shots of the birds being taken to kennel and they are put into cages with other birds until they finish treatment and are fully clear of oil. CU. Flag with words 'Medway Patrol'. Various shots of the cans of oil solvent being taken out on small boats and sprayed on surface of the water of the River Medway and on the banks, etc.
