    OECE (Organisation for European Economic Co-operation) Meeting at Chateau de la Muette in Paris, France

    L/S of British Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Conservative MP Anthony Eden seated at table making speech (natural sound). He states that the gathering have invited him to be Chairman of the OECE and mentions economic and political problems. He says "in accepting this Chairmanship, I would like to tell you that Her Majesty's Government intended to indicate their close and continuing interest in European problems, and I can only assure you that I will do the utmost that in my power lies to live up to the high standards, and expert leadership, given you by my predecessor, Dr Sicket (sp? Sticket?)". He sits back and indicates "cut" or "that's it" with his hands.
