C/Us of whistling man intercut with shots of the dog stopping and laying down when the whistle is blown. M/S of the dog being patted by its master.
"Another exercise - " L/S of five dogs (all different breeds including a Dalmatian and a Collie.) A boy on a bicycle weaves in and out between the dogs! Very cute. Cycling proficiency test! "Jumping, too - " Four children bend down and a dog is sent to jump over their backs. Low angle shot of some boards set out to make a jump. Dog comes flying towards the camera over the jumps. The same jump is seen from the side. "And the high scaling jump - a dog must be able to jump down as well as up!" A dog is seen clambering up a very high wooden fence. It jumps over then when the man taps on top of the fence he jumps back again. C/U of the dog panting with his tongue out, the man strokes him.
