The title card suggests that "Jones, Williams and Flt Lt Jenkins" are three separate people. However there were actually just 2 people aboard the plane, namely Squadron Leader Arthur Jones-Williams, and Flight Lieutenant Norman Jenkins.

Their record-breaking flight took place between 24 and 27 April 1929. Their plane was a Fairey Long-range Monoplane, manufactured by Fairey Aviation.
