Various shots of passengers looking at the view.
Arrival in France - passengers step ashore, they flood off the boat. C/U of feet stepping off the boat.
M/S of day trippers looking in shop windows, selecting a bottle of wine from a market stall, walking on the beach, sitting in deck chairs, children playing on swings and a climbing frame on the beach, a man watching girls in swimsuits throwing a ball to each other, C/Us of the glamorous girls, the wife admonishes the husband.
The material shot in France may have been filmed at a different time - it is very sunny whereas all the day trippers wear Macintoshes and it looks quite cold. May just be the British reticence to "cast a clout" though.
Note: interesting commentary about how exciting it is to visit France for a day trip. This is apparently the first post-war "No Passport" trip. Documentation, amusing correspondence and press release can be found in documentation file.
