    Golf at St. Andrews, Scotland. Various shots of cheering crowds. C/U of golfing official presenting Hector Thomas with Amateur Golf Championship trophy cup. M/S of Hector being congratulated by AF McFee (sp.?) who won the same cup 50 years ago.

    Pets' Corner in London Zoo opened, Regent's Park, London. C/U of little girl, Jill (daughter of Claude Hulberts). She gives a speech and is then presented with some budgerigars. Various shots of children playing with animals - rabbits, chimpanzees, lambs, piglets and a parrot. Sound stops briefly at 01:59:15 - part of joke about loudness of piglet's squealing.

    Motor Boat Racing at Oulton Broads (Norfolk / Suffolk). Various shots of motor boat drives on jetty, including C/U of a woman driver. Various shots of speed boats racing around lake (broad) watched by people in deck chairs on bank.
