New in a Nutshell brings the "Bayern" arriving in Rosyth for scrapping, hot pennies from Anglesey, a kissing ceremony from Hungerford, and Mussolini at a tank display in Rome.

WS. Forth River as a tug pulls the hull of the German ship "Bayern" which was scuttled in Scapa Flow into Rosyth Harbour The remains will be broken up for scrap WS. The Hull of the "Bayern" being guided by tugs (the ship is upside down).
Anglesey: MS. A chef holding a roasting tin over a hob as a man pours a bag of pennies into it. CU. Roasting pennies. WS. Crowd including lots of children in school uniform. WS. From ground towards the balcony of the Town Hall a scoop full of Pennies is thrown to the crowd. WS. Dense crowd of children scrambling to grab pennies. WS. Woman scooping up the pennies and throwing them down to the crowd. WS. Children as they attempt to grab the hot pennies and scrambling around. MS. A young boy juggles with a coin to prevent it burning his hands.
Hungerford: WS Street a large group including children walking towards camera. MS. Two women on the steps of a house kiss the two "tutti" men who are entitled to a kiss from every girl or woman they meet as part of Hocktide festival. MS. A Large bouquet of flowers on a pole are raised to the window of a house where the women in the window take a few flowers. WS. Flowers are thrown from the bouquets to children in the crowd.
Rome: WS. New tanks for the Italian army performing in a demonstration to prove their speed and agility over obstacles. MS. Benito Mussolini (Il Duce) watching the display. MS. A concrete ramp the wheels of a tank appear as the tank negotiates the drop on the other side of the ramp. MS. Another tank tackles the ramp falling on to it's nose but then regaining it's tracks. MS. Tank reaches the edge of the ramp as it's nose comes down the tank falls to one side. LS. Tank on the ground lying on it's side as soldiers rush in to check on the tank crew. WS. the tank being righted. WS. A group of tanks driving down a steep slope.
