    Intertitle - 'Brussels' (Belgium) - L/S of big parade in Brussels, M/S of King Leopold on platform. M/S as he speaks to disabled ex-servicemen. L/S of police moving on members of the "Rexists" political party. M/S as they arrest the leader and move the crowd on, various shots of this, mounted police ride in.

    Intertitle - 'Westminster' (London) - L/S of crowds outside St. Margaret's church. M/S of the bride, Sophie McKewen (?) getting out of the car in very pretty dress. M/S of children watching. M/S as she emerges from the church with her new husband Humphrey Sykes under a Guard of honour. 8 bridesmaids follow, one of them is Lady Mary Cambridge. Two page boys and a little flower girl carry the train. They walk down the path, various shots of other guests.

    Intertitle - 'London' - Joachim Von Ribbentrop arrives as German Ambassador at 37 Eaton Square. M/S of him and his wife, M/S of German embassy under reconstruction.

    Intertitle - 'Old Kent Road' (London) - L/S of dramatic fire in packing case factory, 50 families have been evacuated from the area. Various shots of the blazing building which took 3 hours to put out. M/S of charred timber smouldering.

    Intertitle - 'In Memoriam' - L/S of the "Queen Mary" and tugs. Various archive shots of its captain, the late Commodore Sir Edgar Britten. M/S of him making a speech, C/U of him on deck.

    Intertitle - 'Newcastle' (Tyne and Wear) - M/S as girls cycle along in North East rally, they wave. M/S as they pump up inner tubes until they burst.
