An Italian cycle that uses both leg and arm power.

On the end of the chain is a wire that comes up to a fitting on the handle bars. SCU. The inventor talking to the cyclist about how it works while the cyclist sits on the bicycle ready to go.
CU. Tracking shot of the cyclist riding - instead of holding the grips on the handle bars, he holds two arms which he is pushing up and down and they are working the chain on the front wheel. He is also pedalling with the normal rear chain. SCU. Cyclist on bicycle, shot taken from moving car. He starts to come up behind car and starts to overtake it. He goes past the car cycling very fast.
