"the three hundred and sixty Anti Aircraft Company" - this has been misheard by the cataloguer. It should read 306th Anti-aircraft Company.
NeilRobson says
This film dates from 18 January 1939, within eight months of the Second World War, and shows the opening of the TA Headquarters, Merton Road, Southfields in south-west London. In general terms the building carries on the same function today. For an account of the event see ‘The Times’ of 19 January 1939, p. 17. (I feel that the '23 February 1939' issue date in this catalogue may be an error.)
The Earl of Athlone was Queen Mary’s brother.
