    Measures of security in Fez and Casablanca. Troops search men on streets. A suspect is arrested. Empty streets and troops on duty. Berbers arriving from all parts of Morocco. Berbers camping at foot of the 'Hassan Tower'. Crowds await the arrival of the new Sultan at Rabat. 'The Black Guard' precedes the arrival of the Sultan (Sidi Mohammed Ben Moulay Arafa) who follows in car. Sultan passing in his car and saluting the flag.

    The Sultan goes to the Imperial Palace where he is welcomed by Caids and Pachas. Sultan enters the Palace. Milk and dates of welcome. Sultan takes possession of his throne. Present are: El Glaoui, Si Hadj Thami, Grand Vizir El Kittani and Vizir of Justice Mohammed Hagoni, the son of the Sultan, Moulay Ahmed.

    Pachas and Caids awaiting the arrival of General Guillaume. Arrival of General Guillaume by car to the Palace. General Guillaume is received by Sultan and reads the greetings of the French Government. General Guillaume shakes hands with Caids and Pachas. Berbers in front of the Palace. General Guillaume leaves.
