    VS. From car travelling along Forth Bridge road, rain on the windscreen makes viewing difficult. VS. Showing the near completed new Forth Road Bridge, only a centre section remains to be fitted. Construction engineers are seen walking about but not working for it is windy and rain is lashing down. LV. The Forth Bridge. VS. In the Scottish National Institute for War-Blinded, a blind man sits at a machine, he is engaged in making plastic plugs which are used in the construction of the new bridge. This place is in Wilkieston.
