    British State Minister for Germany Mr John Hynd opens a new rail bridge over the Rhine near Dusseldorf.

    Hynd addressing the gathering before opening the bridge. The podium and platform seem to be covered with fir-tree branches.

    Hynd shakes hands with German officials then cuts the tape to open bridge. He climbs aboard the first train to cross the bridge. C/U of signals changing to all clear.
