  • Short Summary

Men catch fish in a lake at Windsor.

  • Description

    Netting The King's Lake.

    Windsor, Berkshire.

Several men work to get fish out of the lake at Windsor. A man in a round boat (coracle) bashes the water with his oars. Shot of a man on shore pulling a net across the water; another man stands in a small boat with a long pole. Shot looking across the rippling water with all these men slowly moving about. Kind of dreamlike.

On the near bank; some other men walk toward camera; pulling something heavy. DS of water with net stretched across. Pan along group of men standing in 2 rows holding fish - some fairly big. One man drops fish and kneels to pick it up but it slips from him again.
