Various shots of ladies at spinning wheels making the woollen garments sponsored by the Navy League which will keep the fighting forces warm. C/U's of long thick socks, high necked jersey and balaclava. L/S of sheepskins, various shots as they are cut out into coat shapes. Black African men sit around and sew them. A man puts on the sheepskin coat. M/S of sailor on warship looking through binoculars. Various shots of sea crashing over the ship.
