Barge with large numbers of marines on deck passes by in M/S. Very small launch flying the U.S. flag passes by in L/S with three men at the rear of the boat. Minesweeper (?) passes left to right. L/S of four American naval vessels in the distance. Duck seen in L/S from high angle moving left to right. Clapperboard held up to camera reads: "O.S.S. - U.S.N. Goldstein W/O # 32." Various views from on board a Duck. Marines on board the Duck can be seen as they look away from camera - no faces seen. Views of the harbour with boats in the distance. Other angles from the same boat of the flotilla. A group of five marines wearing metal helmets and jackets inscribed with "USN" walk along harbour side away from the camera. The landscape is small scrubby sand dunes. Barrage balloon floats in top left of image. Marines walk towards estuary. Looks like the tide is out.
