VS boys in uniform marching down street led by few drummers & buglers - they look like like miniature soldiers. Crowds watch parade. Other boys, mostly younger run alongside the marchers. People crowded together in street - young kids, old ladies and some policemen. Officials walking past row of little cadets. CU National Kitchen menu with items including vegetable pasties, fish cakes and treacle sponge.
Note: National Kitchen was started to help civilians save coal during World War One by doing less cooking at home.
