Pickets stop a van and empty out illicit milk from churns found in the back of the vehicle. Strikers shout abuse and throw things at car trying to pass their picket line. State Troopers arrive in cars.

    Shots of the Pennsylvania Coal strike. National Guard Troops with rifles stand guard over striking miners. A group of troopers guard a mine with a large machine gun.

    Shots of General Johnson, recovery administrator, standing next to NRA plane. He is asked about the effects of the strike.
