    M/S of a pipe and drum band as they cross over a bridge, walking towards camera. It's raining and they are led by a baton twirling kilted major. The procession come to a halt continuing high knee stepping as they pause in the rain. They march in formation crossing over in lines and turning. Young dancers prepare with swords, and perform Scottish dancing.

    A beefy man poses - a big man for 24 year old - he winks - he must have eaten all his porridge. He wears a kilt and puts the shot, and the hammer. Another tosses the caber, L/S of a couple of attempts at tossing the caber. M/S as a tall caber beam is raised up by three men, plus a man who then prepares, lifts, and walks with the caber with slow steps carrying the beam and then tosses it. Shot from different angles. There are more hammer throws and shot put.

    Note: Marvellous sporting Scots and in kilts too.
