On arriving in Bermuda, Churchill leaves the plane with Lord Beaverbrook, Sir Dudley Pound, Sir Charles Portal and Sir Charles Wilson. They shake hands with Bermuda Governor Lord Knollys and make their way to an RAF launch that takes them to Hamilton.
At Paddington Station, a large crowd of people wait to welcome Churchill home. Mrs Clementine Churchill waits on the platform for her husband as the train pulls in. The enthusiastic crowds press around Churchill as he makes his way to his car and is driven off.
