The Camera pans over the crowd from left to right, almost the entirety of the workforce are wearing flat caps. One man can be seen holding onto a drainpipe on the side of the building to get a better view.

    M/S of Biggar giving his speech, he is very animated and expressive, he appears to be holding a piece of white paper in his left hand. L/S of the workforce - they raise their hands as if they are voting for something.

    Good side profile C/U of Biggar presumably after his speech he is reading, he turns to look directly at the camera, and talks to someone off screen.
