    CU. Traffic lights changing from green through to red. Various shots of a policeman fitting a camera inside a small box near the traffic lights. Various shots showing how the camera automatically snaps the traffic lights as cars or lorries go past and if one of the vehicles jumps the lights the camera has taken a picture of it. Eye view from the camera. Various shots of a policeman sitting at desk studying the photographs and if the law is broken he writes out a fine. CU. Man looking through his family photographs album and he comes to a page with the photograph of him breaking the law by going over red light.
