Pre-war Brooklands: the "Double Twelve" race was a 24 hour event split in two so as not to annoy neighbouring Weybridge. At 01:31 - Lord "Freddie" March (later Duke of Richmond), sitting in his (No.60) MG.
At 01:53 - ERAs racing at Goodwood (post war) At 02:06 - Reg Parnell with cup.
At 02:12 - 1950's sports racing cars at Goodwood, including Tojeiro-Bristol (No.35) and C-type Jaguar (No.1). At 02:35 - Ferrari (No.19).
At 02:40 - Eric Thompson brings Aston Martin DB3 (No.15) into the pits. So this is the Goodwood Nine Hours Race on 16th August 1952. The car was burnt out and several team members suffered serious burns.
At 03:17 - Vintage and Veteran cars at Goodwood circuit. At 03:58 - Lord March presents a cup.
