    Various shots of the trans-Iranian railroad carrying supplies from Britain such as mechanised equipment and oil that are destined for Russia. The trains leave the the docks and and head across the desert towards the Caspian Sea. At the frontier town of the Transcaucasian border, some of the parts are unloaded from the train and trucks are assembled. Red Army drivers are inspected then climb into the trucks. The trucks in convoy head towards the war front. More shots of the railway.
