  1. Emma Milliken says

The film is of headmaster and history teacher Ernest Kenneth Milliken at Lancing House School in Lowestoft, Suffolk. This was a preparatory school that closed in 1939. Ernest Kenneth Milliken went on to write a series of history books aimed at boys pre Common Entrance as well as a couple of model making books, designed with historical model making for school, with his wife Edith.
